Multicultural Festival

A couple of weeks ago we went to Cesar's Little School to participate in their Multicultural Festival. Quite a few different countries were represented and each group of kids performed songs and dances from those countries. It was a lot of fun! Cesar had been telling me for a while that he was singing "Frere Jacques" in school and I never believed him. Honnestly, why would they sing in French, right? I knew we were singing this at home all the time and just thought that since he didn't know the names of the songs that they were singing in school, he used "Frere Jacques" as the name. Well... isn't there a saying that the truth always comes out of the children's mouths? He was telling the truth. They sang "Frere Jacques" in French and English that day. Anyway, here are a few pictures from that day.

Aunt Lisa's Birthday

These are a few pictures of my best friend's 50th surprise Birthday party. It was a lot of fun! She thought she was having dinner with our family... when actually it was with 25 more persons! And of course we made her wear the silly "50 year old" tee-shirt. Sorry Lisa.... We love you!

Easter

I know, I know... I'm just VERY late in posting again... My parents are visiting and are taking a million pictures (and I'm not exagerating) so it's taking me double the time to sort through them. At the rate I'm going, I'll probably post these pictures in July! :)
